Greg, our Florida-based bladesmith, crafts each blade using high-quality carbon steel. This particular knife features a 5/32″ thick blade—one of the thickest steels Greg uses. The added thickness gives the knife extra strength and durability without sacrificing control, making it perfect for heavy-duty use in the field. The knife’s handle is crafted from locally sourced pecan wood, known for its warm grain and natural character. Since Greg harvests the wood himself, each piece is unique.  In addition, brass pins secure the handle and a lanyard tube provides for additional carry options. The thumb serrations provides a sure grip and excellent control, whether you’re setting up camp in the rain, or skinning your next deer.
